Payment & Collections Policy

Payment is due on the day of service unless we’ve agreed otherwise in writing.

Accounts that remain unpaid after multiple reminder attempts may result in a pause of future services until the balance is resolved.

If a balance remains unpaid 60 days after the service date, the account may be referred to a third-party collections agency. Clients agree to be responsible for any additional collection costs, fees, or legal expenses incurred in recovering the outstanding balance, as permitted by law.

Returned checks or failed payments will incur a $30 fee.

We value your business and understand that mistakes happen — please contact us promptly if there’s an issue with your payment.

By scheduling service, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Residential Cancellation Policy

We truly value your business and understand that life happens, and we will always do our best to accommodate our clients whenever possible. To keep our schedule running smoothly and respect our team’s time, the following policy applies:

Recurring Cleaning Services

Recurring cleaning appointments canceled within three (3) business days of the scheduled service date will incur a $50 cancellation fee. This fee covers scheduling adjustments and reserved labor.

One-Time Cleaning Services

One-time cleaning appointments canceled within three (3) business days of the scheduled service date will incur a fee equal to 50% of the total service cost. Because these services require advance scheduling and dedicated staffing, short-notice cancellations significantly impact our schedule.

Lockouts or Inability to Access the Home

If our team arrives at the scheduled appointment time and is unable to access the property (due to lockout, incorrect entry information, utilities turned off, or any other access issue), the appointment will be treated as a cancellation and the applicable cancellation fee will apply.

If access can be restored within a reasonable timeframe, we may complete the service at our discretion.

Need to Make a Change?

Please contact us by phone or email as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. The three-business-day window excludes weekends and holidays.

We appreciate your understanding and look forward to keeping your home fresh and clean!

By scheduling services with us, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
